As a certified life coach specializing in Social and Emotional Development, I am dedicated to helping schools, educators, students, and parents foster mental performance and emotional wellness. My Mental Performance Coaching Curriculum for education is rooted in the PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) and SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) models, ensuring a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to student development.​
